The proposed EMAX theater expansion was located on part of the site with significant elevation changes. CES developed a grading plan which meets ADA requirements as well as the City of Rochester Hills ordinances. This approach allowed the tight construction schedule to stay on-track so the expansion would be complete by the holiday season, a critical time for the theatre.

CES completed the storm water management, pavement design meeting ADA requirements, and water main extension design. The team also prepared the permit applications and worked with local agencies to obtain permits needed for construction, including the Township Engineer, Township planning, and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
