The building expansion required re-routing an existing public water main. CES proposed a new public water main location, as well as a new easement meeting the approval of the City of Wixom. This approach allowed Arvin Sango to proceed with the necessary expansion of their building.

CES prepared the permit applications and worked with local agencies to obtain permits needed for construction.
