The project’s proximity to the international waterway and protection of this natural feature was a primary objective of the project. CES’ site plan design met the approval of the City of Detroit, and the site was constructed without negative impact on the environment for a desirable place to live in the City of Detroit.

CES prepared the permit applications and worked with local agencies to obtain permits needed for construction, including Detroit Water and Sewerage Department and City of Detroit Engineering.
