During site analysis, the team learned the site did not meet current stormwater requirements. Due to CES’ relationship with the government agencies, a variance to the stormwater requirements was negotiated and the client saved over $100,000.

CES prepared permit applications and worked with local agencies to obtain permits needed for construction, including the City Engineer, Consulting Engineer, Road Commission Oakland County, Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner, and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
