The site had to meet recently-revised standards of Washtenaw county for storm water management. CES designed numerous rain gardens and infiltration basins, providing an environmentally sensitive design with negative impact to the client or neighboring property owners. 

CES prepared the permit applications and worked with local agencies to obtain permits needed for construction, including the Township Engineer, Township planning, and Washtenaw County Drain Commission.
